Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within Saskatchewan, but we are working to expand our shipping radius. All orders are freshly roasted and shipped directly to you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Please note that all orders are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Do you still have a physical coffee shop?

Our retail locations have closed, but we do have a physical location for roasting, packaging and shipping of our products. The Broadway Roastery now lives on online and you can continue to enjoy our coffee through our online store, shipped directly to your door.

What grind options do you offer?

We offer whole bean coffee and select grind options. Including:

  • French Press/Perculator
  • Metal Filter/Keurig
  • Paper Filter
  • AeroPress/Fine Drip
  • Espresso
  • Turkish
Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Do you except returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of coffee, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
