Where do you ship?
We are currently shipping throughout Canada. All orders are freshly roasted and shipped directly to you. Shipping will usually take 2-5 business days.
Do you still have a physical storefront?
Our stores have sadly been closed, but the delicious coffee you all remember lives on at our website. We still carry all of the same coffee beans we offered in-store.
Where is your store located?
Our pick-up location is #4-819 Cynthia Street. This address is for pick-up only after you have made a purchase on the website.
What grind options do you offer?
We offer whole bean coffee and select grind options. Including:
- French Press/Perculator
- Metal Filter/Keurig
- Paper Filter
- AeroPress/Fine Drip
- Espresso
- Turkish
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you except returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of coffee, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
